Hing immediate joiners for the below requirements . For Team Lead: Must have 4+ years of hands on experience on different kinds of avionics testing (HSIT, SSIT, UT), Standards and methodologies. Minimum 2+ years of Team leading activities with team size of minimum 5+ resources. Must have good understanding of DO178B/C objectives and certification Processes. Must have good hands on experience on Setting up work plans/trackers, work allocation & tracking. Good Technical and communication skills to understand customer requirements. For Project Manager : Must have 4+ years of hands on experince on different kinds of avionics testing and methodologies. Minimum 2+ years of Team leading activities with team size of minimum 5+ resources. Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience on Project Management Activities with team size of minimum 20+ resources. Must have good hands on experince all phases of Project Management life cycle activities like Project Initiation, Planning, Monitoring & Control, Closing. Must possess good experience on different estimation models, Change Management and Riks management Processes. Must have good hands on experience on Setting up work plans/trackers, work allocation & tracking (MPP/XLS Trackers) Must have good understanding of DO178B and certification Processes. Must possess good communication skills to handle different stakeholders. ,
