Strong knowledge on large-scale/distributed SQL, Hadoop, NoSQL, HBase, columnar(Vertica) and Data warehousing (Teradata) systems.Strong knowledge on batch and streaming data sources with structured and unstructured dataExperience with enterprise level production environments Knowledge of Scala, Shell, Python or other scripting languagesPREFFERED SKILLS:Ability to think outside of the box. Demonstrated initiative and creativity.Willing to develop and learn new areas/technologies.Experience in Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce along with Java.
