You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Create better mode of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers. Observe performance of team members to identify their strength and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their lose ends. Also, take disciplinary measures against any team members who are found imperfect. As a Team Leader, You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.Roles and Responsibilities
    • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
    • Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines
    • Driving performance on SLAs being measured by the business
    • Oversee day-to-day operation
    • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
    • Motivate team members
    • Discover training needs and provide coaching
    • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
    • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
    • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Require Three Candidates Only from Inbound Voice Domain
    • Proven work experience as a Team leader
    • People Management and Customer experience
    • Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
    • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics like (AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA)
    • Ability to multitask and good working Excel skills
    • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Decision- making skills
    Qualification
    • Graduate in any stream (Graduation is mandatory)
    Work Experience
    • 2 to 3 years in relevant industry (Inbound Voice Domain Experience Must)
