Job Description

    Job Title: Pharmaceutical Warehouse Team LeadReports to: Warehouse ManagerLocation: Timber Layout, K.R. Puram, Yelahanka, Jalahalli, and Hosa road.Job Summary:We seek an experienced Pharmaceutical Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical logistics, excellent leadership skills, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership1. Supervise and train warehouse staff.2. Plan and coordinate receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.3. Ensure accurate inventory management and control.4. Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Compliance and Quality1. Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice), cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and regulatory requirements.2. Implement and maintain quality control processes.3. Conduct regular audits and inspections.Safety and Security1. Maintain a safe working environment.2. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.3. Implement access controls and secure storage for controlled substances.Inventory Management1. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock levels.2. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.3. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Communication and Collaboration1. Liaise with logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams.2. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.Requirements:Education- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or related field.Experience- 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics.- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.Skills- Strong knowledge of GDP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
