Job Description

  1. To maximize sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also act as a single point contact on a Project that he / she leads the delivery operation.
  2. Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy.
  3. Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory.
  4. Train and evaluate the performance of the team.
  5. Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers.
Functional Skills:- Excellent communication skills, Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Build and handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of competition,pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Exposure to primary sales, Tech Savvy & Behavioural Skills. ,
