Job responsibilities: Meeting as many individual donors as possible to upscale the production and turning primary data to secondary. Undertake upselling initiatives and holding a record where sales targets are consistently achieved.Raise the set target given by the line manager ability to work to tight deadlines through acquisition of new donors.Take up challenges and create a strong leadership where he/ she plays an important role in training new team- mates.Manage a teamof fundraising executives.Desired candidate profile: MBA/ Post Graduate/ Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Social Work.Minimum 2years experience in Fundraising/ Sales/ Marketing. Prior experience of fund- raising for the Development sector would be added advantage.Proven sales abilities with sound target achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fund raising goals.Result oriented with a flair for sales and marketing.Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team.Mature, confident, pleasing personality ,
