1) Lead and manage Company s Conflict Minerals compliance program 2) Act as the primary liaison with external customers and suppliers on a global basis, ensuring meeting customers requirements regarding Conflict Minerals compliance and related issues 3) Interface with all necessary functional teams to facilitate Company s Conflict Minerals compliance program 4) Keep abreast of applicable EICC CFSI compliance policies, requirements, laws, and regulations and effectively monitor the trends for Conflict Minerals strategies 5) Provide timely Conflict Minerals updates to internal teams and customers as needed 6) Maintain a continuous improvement mind set to take initiative and seek out innovative solutions 7) Meet commitments and schedules for CMRT deliverables to drive a customer focus 8) Support our sourcing operations with new supplier qualification and on-boarding initiatives, corrective actions, and supplier continuous monitoring and improvements Team/People Management: 1) Manage a global Conflict Minerals team of four in various regions of the globe (two in Bangalore, India and two in Shanghai, China); oversee their workload and keep individual contributors on task and assign tasks appropriately 2) Demonstrate profession and team-oriented approach to work, leveraging MBM guiding principles 3) Responsible for the selection, development, and retention of the Conflict Minerals team members 4) Mentor, coach, and counsel direct reports to be accountable to performance expectations 5) Create an inclusive, positive work environment; encourage diversity of thought and innovation 6) Recognize and reward talent and accomplishments 7) Ability to provide positive direction and drive high standards of quality and performance 8) Ability to step in and roll up sleeves to perform non-routine tasks Process Management: 1) Ability to apply the LEAN concept to drive continuous improvement of the Conflict Minerals program 2) Ability to handle multi tasks and projects successfully 3) Effectively use systems (PSN, EHSM, SAP BW) and other tools for facilitating Conflict Minerals reporting Primary Purpose A valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance team focused on satisfying customer needs primarily related to Conflict Minerals through leading and managing the Company s Conflict Minerals compliance program. This person is part of a global team servicing customers Conflict Minerals compliance needs, which requires customer satisfaction and business etiquette. Education Bachelor s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related experience Work Experience Required Three (3 ) years of experience working in Corporate Social Responsibility and Conflict Minerals compliance function in a leadership role Direct experience working at large global electronics manufacturing company Must work well in international teams with members from a wide array of functional backgrounds Time zone flexibility with the ability to conduct meetings, outside of the normal business hours, with internal and external stakeholders on a global basis Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize, juggle and execute tasks on strict deadlines Ability to work well in a collaborative and creative environment with little supervision Highly self-motivated and directed with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented, and collaborative environment Highly dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to compile data, reports, analyse and present information in a professional format Strong analytical abilities, focused on research, compilation, and interpretation of data Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with business partners across multiple departments and all levels within the organization Keen attention to detail and demonstrated customer-service focus Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Adaptable and flexible to change, new ideas, and innovative approaches Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with management and co-workers Proficient use of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience working on teams with business, suppliers, and customers Preferred Management experience strongly preferred, or, at a minimum, a demonstrated aptitude for a leadership and people management role Experience working with product lifecycle management software strongly preferred Good skills in SAP and material knowledge specific to Conflict Minerals or product compliance requirements,
