We are looking for a passionate and smart hands-on engineer to join the Swiggy Labs team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible to drive innovation in Software Development for the labs team of Swiggy, while relentlessly improving performance, scalability, and maintainability. Tech Counselor: The tech counsellor will be a senior tech generalist who would work on conceptualising and establishing POCs for several projects. He/she will also be responsible for creating engineering centre of excellence within the labs function. Responsibilities : Develop a roadmap to set-up Engineering COE up for success Execute the roadmap to ensure resiliency and reliability of the program Influences, Networks and collaborates with other peer counsellors, creators to zero-in on focus areas for COE and respective PODs, enable resources for smooth and efficient functioning of the COE and all ongoing PODs Sets the COE up for success by hiring the right people & nurturing them Provides real time actionable feedback to all the COE members to enable quick iteration Swiggy is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.,
