Designation : Tech Lead - Backend Work Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad Years of Experience : 8+ Years Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in a week from Office)Notice Period : Max 15 days Preferred Role Expectations: Customer Interfacing + Hands on development + Leading team technicallyMust have Skills: Senior resource with at least 8+ years of experience in C#, .Net Core, MVC/ASP.net, Web service/Web API Experience of at least 2-3 years using .Net Core Worked with MongoDB, SQL Server Worked with Docker containers. Worked extensively on Azure based projects. Should have led a team of at least 5 people in his experience from technical side. Should have very good communication and soft skills to interact with customers. Should be able to guide the team and solve the technical issues. Willing to contribute to the development activities on an individual level. Experience in working in Agile Methodology Good to have: Knowledge on building real time dashboards. Full stack knowledge with knowledge on various backend and frontend technologies.
