    Job - Tech Lead Mern StackLocation - BangaloreType - PermanentExperiance - 07 yearsRel. eXp. - 05 yearsJob ResponsibilitiesAs a Tech lead, your role typically involves programming and leading a set of team members. Youwould be responsible for the commitments of your team in terms of time, effort and quality of work. Youwould also be responsible for their performance evaluation. You would likely be a part of a largeroffshore team and are expected to work collaboratively with your peers onsite and offshore to delivermilestone/sprint-based deliverables. Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understandyour scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work Work independently on your assigned work Manage a set of team member in understanding their estimates, monitoring their qualityof work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines Actively guide the team members and up skill them Assign KRAs, monitor and evaluate team members job performance.RequirementsAn inspiring Leader who can managenthe cross-disciplinary talents Good Technical understanding andnhandled projects in any of these key Technologyscombination Frontend nReact Js/Angular Js, Backend Node Js, Programming Language -Typescript Basic Knowledge innRedux/Cucumber/Sonar/Azure or AWS CI/CD pipelines, APIGEE is an addedadvantage Working knowledge in AWS Services - S3/Lambda/Dynamo DB etc Effective Tech Leader with goodnproblem-solving skills Strong foundation in practisingnAgile development model Familiar with EstimationnTechniques and Project Management principles Maintains positive relationshipsnin the cross-functional and multi-vendor engagement model
