Job Description

Responsibility

Own the design and development of conversational agents according to requirements shared by stakeholders.
Lead and handle a team of developers and devise a feasible plan for fulfilling requirements.
Implement low-latency, high-availability, failproof, unit-tested and performant applications.
Analyze chat logs to improve existing use cases.
Collaboarate with Product team to develop proprietary bot development platform for Indian Languages.

Required Skills

3 years of relevant experience in chatbots and natural language processing
Experience in building REST APIs using atleast one framework, Flask, Sanic, FastAPI
Strong knowledge of atleast one chat development platform, Rasa, DialogFlow, Luis, etc.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases like, Mongo, CosmosDB, etc
Knowledge of Information Retrieval systems, such as ElasticSearch
Strong written communication skills
Good problem-solving ability

Good to Have Skills

Good understanding of training classical machine learning algorithms along with an understanding of choosing the right evaluation metric
Ability to use pretrained models and fine tune them if required
Setting up processes that improves efficiency and turnaround time.
