Product Ondot offers a premium solution for consumers to manage, control, and interact with their payment cards. From a smartphone app, consumers can set preferences for when, where, and how their payment cards are used; interact with real-time alerts; get contextual advice and offers; and perform self-service actions. Ondot is a white-label solution that is offered as a branded solution by financial institutions to their customers.As Web App QA Specialist, you will work on of Ondot s critical web applications that will be used as a front end for all financial institutions who are Ondot s customers to manage their end customers. You will coordinate with your team members both on shore and offshore in executing the project and delivering it on time. This is an exciting position for a candidate who likes to innovate, lead, collaborate and still be fully hands-on.What you will do:
• Providing technical QA expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Should have strong Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and Agile Testing
• Should be good in testing concepts, test case design and execution.
• Excellent in manual and automation testing of mobile/web applications.
• Maintain, set up, design, and configure software test environments.
• Should have experience in Web and Mobile app Performance testing.
• Should have API testing and SQL knowledge.
• Should have excellent Communication and A strong team player.
What you will need to have:
• 5 years of experience with expert knowledge in Manual / Automation testing of mobile/web applications.
• Expertise in Automation testing with tools like SELENIUM, APPIUM
• Having experience in FitNesse Automation UI tools is good to have.
• Strong in any automation scripting language Java, python
• Fair knowledge of SQL (preferably in Oracle environment)
• Have worked in Linux environment with JBoss and Oracle
• Experience in ADA compliant web applications is preferred.
• Experience in Banking and Card payment is preferred.
• Expertise in using debugging tools like Charles, Fiddler etc
• We should add debug mechanisms in Chrome/Safari/Firefox etc
• Should know to mock response or change API response
• Should have experience using tools like Test rail
• knowledge in Bug tracking tools
• Expertise in test case writing, test case execution and defect management
• Identify and document test cases for multi-component systems from requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with developers on bug fixes and required modifications.
• Execute test cases and document software defects.
• Take ownership of software defects from discovery through to closure.
• Good analysis and troubleshooting skills.
What would be nice/great to have:
• Experience in Banking and Card payment is preferred.
• Experience in building ADA compliant web applications is preferred.
