RESPONSIBILITIESWorking closely with other designers and experts, help refine the digital interactive experience to support the evolution of the Design System and product development, with consideration given to end user, business objectives, and technical feasibility, to deliver consistent delightful experiences across all State Street applicationsYou will collaborate with multi- disciplinary teams, business stakeholders, as well as other designers to continue evolving the Design System, and guide product teams to ensure alignment with the Design SystemYou will be hands on in designing, consulting, and delivering solutions leveraging standard creative processes and toolsYou will draw insights from research and usability testing to deliver best- in- class experiences for our clientsAs an ambassador of the new design language and design thinking methodologies, you will champion and inspire team members across the organization to always think of the end user first and leverage best practicesREQUIREMENTSBachelor s degree in design, HCI, or commensurate experience, required6+ years of experience in Strong design portfolio requiredSolid foundation in design principles, best practices, and a passion for designing meaningful digital experiencesAbility to take direction and execute precisely in a fast- pace environment, iterate and expand upon direction, and manage workload with remote team leadershipAbility to work well with peers across multi- disciplinary teams, and give constructive direction to developers to execute preciselyA solid working knowledge of industry standard tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure or other prototyping tools, etc. ) Ability to be detail- oriented, well organized, with excellent time- management skillsStrong communication skills, including ability to comfortably present to peers and clientsExperience working with design systems is a plus,
