Job Description

    Tech Support Executive (English Hindi | Day Shift)Roles Include: TV Support Laptop SupportJob Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Day Shift OnlyJob DescriptionPersonal Network is hiring Tech Support Executives for TV and Laptop support. This role is ideal for graduates with strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi who enjoy troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers.Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical assistance and support for TVs and laptops over calls
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
    • Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems
    • Maintain accurate documentation of support calls and resolutions
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as required
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: Any Graduate (mandatory)
    • Experience: Freshers to 4 years in technical support or customer support
    • Languages: Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi
    • Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting
    • Comfortable working in day shifts
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
