Job Description

    Now Hiring: Technical Support Executive TV & Laptop(English & Hindi | Day Shift)Personal Network is hiring Technical Support Executives to provide support for TVs and Laptops. This role is ideal for graduates who have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.Job Details

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for TVs and laptops over calls
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
    • Guide customers step-by-step to ensure effective problem resolution
    • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
    • Escalate complex technical issues to advanced support teams when required
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
    • Experience: Freshers to candidates with up to 4 years of experience in technical or customer support
    • Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
    • Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques
    • Comfortable working day shifts only
    • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
