We are looking for a Technical Lead for a leading edtech company, find the below JD, Roles and Responsibilities Do code reviews and maintain a high quality code Translate Project requirements into technical tasks Identify risk and form contingency plans Mentor team members in their day to day tasks Play the role of Individual contributor as well as that of a leader Provide Architectural and Design direction Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Own and run development sprints Ship good quality code through effective release management Experience/Qualifications/Skills Experience: 8-10 Years Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA(IT/Computer Science) A highly talented developer with 8-11 years of hands-on experience in building secure and scalable web based applications using Node.js in backend and JS based frontend frameworks Strong knowledge of Node.js, databases (SQL and NoSQL) , MySql, Mongo Experience working with Cassandra, Apache Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ is highly desirable Working knowledge of any one or more of ReactJS/NextJS/VueJS and CSS3, HTML5 Experience with noSQL is a must; Strong experience in data modelling for data storage tools in SQL is highly desirable Working knowledge of writing cloud ready code leveraging one of the SDKs - AWS, Azure, GCE. Experience building scalable solutions for 2x, 5x and 10x growth with high quality and flexibility Practitioner of test driven development practices. Experience in creating and adhering to best practices for development Strong functional knowledge of one of the code repos like Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket. Experience working with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment. Basic knowledge of AWS preferred Strong experience in Microservices (SRP) paradigm Willing to learn new technologies (Golang),
