Job Description

We Are The Lifecycle Digital Transformation Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Booking, Order-to-Cash, Onboard-to-Optimize, Escalate-to-Resolve, Renew-to-Booking, and Support-to-Advocacy.You Will,Drive Transformation : Lead the transformation of ITs Customer Success Experience platform to meet the unique needs of Cisco Business, XaaS, and recurring revenue businesses to enable high-velocity sales motions.Builds relationships and drives collaboration with customers and partners: Effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with global functional leaders, business units, engineering, sales, and marketing to understand their needs and represent their perspectives with internal IT teams to shape platform innovation, development & delivery. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs from customers, partners, and sellers and communicates needs to key team members.Who You Are :

  • MS/BS in computer science or engineering
  • 12+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years in technical lead/team lead role
  • Extensive experience of development with one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python, Go)
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Big Data is mandatory
  • Understanding of BigData technologies like Hadoop, Spark and Map reduce
  • Experience with designing & prototyping novel models based on machine learning, analytics and statistical modelling in order to tackle hard analytics problems where problems may range from exploratory to highly applied
  • Experience with areas: distributed backend, scalable enterprise platforms and applications, policy and access control, cloud technologies.
  • Exposure with design and development of distributed, scalable, highly available. Low latency, high throughput products and services.
  • familiarity with database modelling and technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, Graph Databases)
  • Experience working on Agile projects with geographically spread teams
  • Familiar with cloud concepts and related technologies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands on experience in an agile development environment
