Technical Architect (Internal Transfer) E2open Careers Twitter Widget Iframe May 30, 2019 Bangalore, BLR, IND Job Details Description Job Description Technical Architect (Platform-As-A-Service)Job title: Technical ArchitectLocation: BangaloreKey Responsibilities: Design, build, administer and operate shared application platform services like Hadoop Cluster, Kubernetes Cluster, Informatica Cluster, Qlik Clusters and API GW Clusters as a multi-tenanted Platform-As-A-Service offering Ensures security, data isolation, monitorability, scalability, availability and understandability of this platform Proven experience architecting scalable, performance-oriented solutions using emerging distributed platforms including Hadoop and Kubernetes Leads and owns evaluation and selection of technology products to meet strategic objectives Lead discussions with stakeholders on platform requirements and design aspects related to key technical components, frameworks, interfaces etc. Mentor / coach junior developers and leads in the team(s) during design review, implementation and use of best practices and guidelines. Compile and write Standard Operating Procedures and other technical design documentation related to PaaS Ensure continuous automation of repeatable tasks Effectively communicate and resolve issues with cross-functional groups to escalate issues or changes in scope. Understand utilization of shared resources across tenants and SLAs and provide infrastructure sizing needs. Skill requirements Experience in building and administering distributed application platforms like Hadoop and Kubernetes Good understanding of security concepts and tools, including understanding and usage of Kerberos, Ranger and Knox for Big Data stacks, and Kubernetes Security Strong experience in systems and application monitoring tools Strong systems experience with a good understanding of CPUs/ Memory/ Disks/ Network configurations Experience building multi-tenanted platforms preferred Qualifications and Experience: Tech / MS in computer science or equivalent from a recognized university/ institute 10-13 years of experience in building distributed platforms Key Performance Metrics: Operationalize a PaaS offering for Big Data ecosystem components, Kubernetes, Informatica, API Gateway and Qlik clusters Improvement in scalability and availability of our platform Development of guidelines / best practices for application teams to effectively utilize the PaaS offerings Troubleshooting skills ability to produce tangible results in a finite timeframe Qualifications Skills .,
