Candidate should have excellent algorithmic skills and ability to design/develop MAC Schedulers . Should have excellent understanding of 3GPP specs for LTE in MAC,RLC,PDCP and Layer1 . Shall be great team player and work across functional teams and drive the team technically with sound judgement. Experience in designing/developing/modelling of Mu-MIMO scheduler will be a big plus.
