*Role and ResponsibilityDefine & drive implementation of long-term technology vision for apiCON and iCON programs. Participating in code reviews, design reviews architecture discussions. Design, develop and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code. Driving the adoption of these, best practices and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you are able to create. Collaborate with Business and IT CoC in developing product visions and strategies. Contribute in all phases of the UI and API development lifecycleWrite well-designed, testable code focusing on test-driven development approach. Responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. Takes accountability of the tasks assigned and can find solutions with minimum assistance. Good understanding of the existing technical solutions and their implementation. Ensure designs are in compliance with specification Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Setting up best practices to help the team achieve the above and constantly thinking about improving the technology. Experience in transition of large/medium scale programs., *Expertise in following Technical areas is MUST.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience in core front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS, CSS3) Strong knowledge on web frameworks: Angular JS 6+, jQuery, bootstrap Cloud Technology: Deployment & Hosting of Web services on cloud Programming languages: Java/J2EE (Java8 and above), GO, Node JS, Python Java Frameworks: SpringBoot Unit Testing: mocha, jasmine, chai, mockito, junit Database like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB Webservices: REST, SOAP, Service Discovery, Circuit breaker Proficiency in XML, JASON, YAML. Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker Message processing and caching mechanism: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis Expertise on API design using OpenApi Standard 3.x API security: OAuth 1.0/2.0 Build tools and serves: Maven, Jenkins, Apache Tomcat/Jboss Agile Project Management Tool : JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket Continues integration & Delivery: Bamboo, Jenkins Application Other Skills (Good to Have)
