Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Architect from a Java/J2EE oriented development background to join our team of skilled engineers.

  • Years of experience in Java/J2EE Platform minimum 10 Years
  • Industrial IoT / Industry4.0 / IoT implementations - 3+ years
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • Enterprise architect certification like TOGAF or Zachman
    • Relevant programming certifications
    • Preferable: Azure solution architect certification
Responsibilities:The key responsibilities for this role would be:Develop solution proposals for business requirement considering functional, integration, hosting and non-functional requirementsDesign solutions that are compatible with the strategic direction of the company; Evaluate various technical architectures and help arrive at best-fit technical architecture; Compare and contrast digital platforms and aid in right platform selection for clients.Ensure technical feasibility of implementing a solution, considering project constraints like scope of work, cost, timeline, team capabilitiesManage and contribute to end-to-end technical delivery of the projects; Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal customers.Lead design and code reviews, set coding standards and ensure they are met as per the deliverable agreements; Ensure engineering best practice principles are always appliedPerformance Management goal setting, performance tracking, assessments, feedback and mentoring of team members.Support the recruitment process of the technical team,
