Job Description

    Position: Technical Engineer I Job DescriptionWhat you ll be doing: Principal AccountabilitiesProvides the planning, design, acquisition, and implementation of thecompany s communications system.Evaluates company requirements to determine whether an internal or otheroperating system is more appropriate.Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons.Performs traffic study analysis to determine best configuration of systems.Job ComplexityHas limited discretion to vary from established proceduresWorks under general supervisionBeginning to solve some straightforward problemsHas limited work experience involving basic concepts and procedures but requires formal training in theories/concepts in own functionWhat we are looking for:Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2 4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
    • 3 to 8 years of Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS
    • Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain (ASCP, Demantra, Inventory, Purchasing, PLM)
    • Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles in Oracle R12 Application
    • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms
    • Has experience in handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes
    • Able to convert the business requirements into functional/technical specifications
    • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
    • Operates under moderate supervision. Usually reports to the Manager of Software Development
    • Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion
    • Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor
