Job Description

Continuously improve and maintain proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework, Core,MVC, C#, Visual Studio, REST/Web APIs, SQL Queries, Angular, and PHP, and activelycontribute to the development of critical projects. Manage and guide a team of developers, including task allocation, performanceevaluation, and career development. Collaborate with the architecture team to define the technical roadmap for projects andensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to codingstandards. Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks in a proactive and efficientmanner. Leverage your knowledge of WordPress to develop and maintain WordPress-basedwebsites and applications.Collaborate with project managers to create project plans, estimate timelines, andallocate resources effectively. Create and maintain technical documentation for projects, ensuring knowledge transferwithin the team. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to driveinnovation and maintain a competitive edge.Other requirements: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in .Net and PHP development. knowledge of WordPress development. Proven experience in a technical leadership role, including team management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in software development best practices and coding standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional, PHP Certification) are abonus.
