• Working as part of the IT Commercial Engineering Team you are responsible for program management on Cloud Platforms specifically Azure and GCP, Technical Project Management for new applications.
• As a Program Manager you are responsible for driving the various teams both internal and external to deliver SaaS based products and services to the stakeholders
• This position is responsible for writing product specifications, crafting and completing the project plan, proactively mitigating risks, and handling the software development process from inception to production launch and post production support.
• You will set prioritization with business/stakeholder input and guide diagnostic analytics and enable technical solutioning discussions.
• You will lead the efforts to build a Corporate Glossary of KPI metrics, critical data elements and business terms to enable consistent understanding of these critical terms for the enterprise users.
• This role entails engagement with Cloud Infrastructure Team, Cloud Security Team with responsibilities to all core business functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Services, Support, Product), requiring excellent engagement and interpersonal skills and influence partners in their key strategy decisions.
• Work with business and customer partners to define project objectives and requirements.
• Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet project needs in a timely manner given available resources.
• Collaborate on cloud platform strategy to build trust in information and capabilities to fuel growth
• Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management work for the successful launch of new products and services, including: implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
• Lead vendor selection process (including RFPs and Pricing) and manage against work youre doing (including SOWs, change management, approval of work).
• Lead sprint planning and handle each release through the launch process.
• Partner with collaborators and operations to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer happiness and decrease support requests.
• Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to guide diagnostic analytics and technical solutioning of data quality issues.
• Summarize key findings and make solutions recommendations to data owners who own the business processes that impacts the data
About You
• Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of related and dynamic experience in Cloud Platform, Cloud Infrastructure, Security
• 5+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology oriented organization.
• Experience in drafting and leading cloud policies, SaaS processes, data catalogs, data health scorecard and business glossaries
• Experience with enterprise source systems and of systems that consume master and reference data, including CRM, ERP and Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Knowledge of business processes, technical practices impacting data quality is important
• Knowledge of master data initiatives and core data management strategies and standard methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of completing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment working with multi-functional teams
• Knowledge of SaaS business preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or CSM Certification preferred B.S. in Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related area
