Job Description

    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects which involve deep integrations of salesforce systems. This TPM should be able to identify the complete requirements of all involved stakeholders and identify the technical solution with a clear breakdown of tasks required for successful completion of the project.1. 2 - 4 years of total work experience in project management/ program management2. Hands on experience on Salesforce3. Should have an understanding of project management and agile methodology4. Should be good at business and technical documentation.5. Should be good at understanding functional and non-functional requirements6. Solid knowledge of SDLC7. Should be able to do requirement gathering8. Scrum Master or Agile Coach, Program Management, Technical leadership9. Experience delivering the product with an agile methodology10. Experience in IT with a software development background11. Good knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Architectural aspects of technology projects12. Strong experience in reporting and data analysis13. Strong work ethics and a sense of ownership14. Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills. This role will require you to work very closely with the engineering team, product team, business team15. Should be able to do the impact analysis for the new feature requests16.
