Job Description

    Looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter who can evolve as an Individual contributor on the end to end recruitment.Degree or Engineering in Computer ScienceShould have good knowledge and understanding of Technical hiringShould have the capability to create Job Descriptions based on requirements.Ability to understand Job Descriptions and tweak the strategy to onboard the candidates.Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting spaceAbility to multi-task within a fast-paced environmentAction-oriented and results-driven individualSelf-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects.Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.Ability manage the business teams low-level and high-level escalations related to talent supply.Demonstrates ability to manage own workflow and resolve low-level and high-level queries with the supervisor.
