Qualification Are you a technical recruiter or a coach who loves everyday challenges, we d love to talk to you.We are looking for Talent Researchers to help us accomplish our mission: Match every accomplished tech talent to an impactful job . Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles.Strong understanding of the technical talent landscape and relevant tech skills.Having a strategy to recruit senior and niche candidates in restricted talent pools, including driving a business plan, building key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing.Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast- paced environment.Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/ social/ professional networks/ events, etc.)Own and drive full- cycle recruitment, from sourcing through interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates across engineering, data science, product, and design.Eagerly build pipelines from scratch, over and over again.
