Job Description

    Designation : Technical Sales ExecutiveLocation : Basavanagudi, BengaluruJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in IT Security Services, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a proven track record in sales, client management, and solution-based selling. This role requires a professional who can drive growth through customer acquisition, consultative selling, and relationship management in a competitive IT landscape.Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Business Developmento Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets for IT Security, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure.o Identify and qualify leads, convert them into business opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle.o Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions.2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor.o Conduct regular client meetings, present solution roadmaps, and provide insights into emerging trends within IT security, managed services, and infrastructure.o Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and identify new opportunities for business growth.3. Technical Consulting and Solution Sellingo Leverage in-depth technical knowledge to develop customized solutions that address specific client needs in security, infrastructure, and managed services.o Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to communicate the value of proposed solutions.o Work closely with the presales and solutions architecture team to design and position comprehensive IT solutions.4. Collaboration and Coordination o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Presales, Delivery, and Support, to create cohesive and compelling value propositions.o Maintain close coordination with the technical team to ensure the solutions delivered align with the clients expectations and business requirements.5. Market Analysis and Product Knowledgeo Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in IT security, managed services, and infrastructure.o Provide feedback and insights on market demands, service improvements, and competitive landscape to drive the enhancement of existing services and solutions.6. Sales Forecasting and Reportingo Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.o Use CRM tools effectively to manage the sales funnel and document client interactions and deal progress. Requirements :8-10 years in technical sales or business development in IT Security Services, Managed Services, or IT Infrastructure.Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus OR Equivalent Experience.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT security solutions, Preferred Qualifications ,Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets within IT security, managed services, or IT infrastructure domains. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
