"Fujitsu is hiring for TechnicalService Engineer for CommvaultExperience : 2/3+Location : Bangalore/ ChennaiJD:Competency: Unix Storage & BackupCommvault, ITIL V3 Foundation-Experience on upgrade of Simpana Commvault environment patch upgrade, manage backup capacity Manage tape vaulting and prepare tapes for offsites.-experience in Build and configure of CommVault servers and media agents.-Experience on Tape Library management Web Consoles.-Installation of CommVault Backup ,VSA backups configuration and troubleshooting-Experience working knowledge of SUN, HP, IBM and Quantum tape libraries.-Good knowledge on installing and troubleshooting IDS like Filesystem, Oracle, SQL,-Experience with NDMP backups , DataDomain systems , VMWare backups ,-Knowledge of SAN fabric architecture and sound technology architecture principles to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, including zoning, tape drives, tape libraries, disk storage, virtual tape libraries and reduplication.-Experience in performance, tuning and capacity planning is required; as is experience with proactive monitoring and automation.-Network knowledge including bandwidth, NIC configuration, CIFS, NFS, and NDMP is required.-New technology awareness and research skills are necessary.-Excellent people and communications skills are an absolute requirement.-Excellent troubleshooting skills are required.-Perform Troubleshooting of Problems/Issues in CommVault backup and restore jobs-Good Knowledge with ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management"
