Job Description

Key Responsibilities would include: Solve escalated calls and assess customers technical support needs and handle calls/ direct calls accordingly. Be proficient in the product suite being handled and usage of tools and procedures Deliver and respond as per service levels defined and milestones chartered out Use troubleshooting techniques to identify solutions and recommend appropriate responses. Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies Follow proper escalation procedures. Multi tasking - Must be analytical in thinking. Good in both written and oral communicationRequired Candidate profileYou should be BE / B Tech / MCA / B Sc / Diploma in Engg with 2- 4 years of experience in customer service either with Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 or Solaris / Unix skills. Should be familiar with PC skills with hardware and other accessories. Working experience on Storage will be added advantage. Logical thinking and adeptness in problem solving will be essentially the approach to solving these escalated complex calls. Certification of above technical skills preferable,
