    Hiring: Tech Support Executive TV & Laptop(English Hindi | Day Shift)Job Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Day Shift OnlyAbout the RolePersonal Network is looking for Tech Support Executives to provide assistance for TVs and Laptops. This role is ideal for graduates with strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and delivering a positive customer experience.Roles Include
    • TV Support
    • Laptop Support
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical assistance and support for TVs and laptops over calls
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
    • Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems
    • Maintain accurate documentation of support calls and resolutions
    • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level teams when necessary
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
    • Experience: Freshers up to 4 years in technical support or customer support
    • Languages: Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi
    • Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting
    • Comfortable working in day shifts only
    • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
