    • Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in International Technical Support / BPO / Customer Service
    • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
    • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Basic technical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting skills
    • Proficiency in typing and working with computer systems, applications, and tools
