Job Description

    • Collaborating with functional and technical teams to design, develop, and update interactive e-learning content
    • Planning, developing, writing, and editing training materials that adhere to standard formats, guidelines, and methodology
    • Conducting and/or collaborating on training needs assessments and recommending changes to material content to address any identified gaps
    • Working with subject matter experts to design and develop storyboards/scripts for e-learning modules as well as stakeholder personas and journey maps
    • Facilitating content reviews to validate materials for functional and technical accuracy
    • Tracking of training material development plans and deliverables to ensure timely completion
    • Publishing computer-based training materials in appropriate formats and training applications
    • Writing and updating installation, implementation, and process documentation
    • Utilizing UPerform or other training platform to translate ERP and associated application functionality into effective learning materials
    • Creating engaging instructional training materials using interactive formats and simulations
    • Editing and polishing miscellaneous training and communication documents to maintain continuity of style and content
    • Responding to change management/training support calls and assisting users in problem resolution.
    • Working with the project training team, subject matter experts, technical support and others to assure training materials are effective
    Skillset Required:
    • Bachelors degree and experience in a technical field, supply chain, accounting/finance
    • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer with experience in writing and updating training materials and communications for engaging adult learners
    • English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present, facilitate, and influence
    • Proven capability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
    • Proficiency with course authoring tools such as Captivate,Articulate,UPerform(also known as Infor UAP (User Adoption Platform),Walk MeandPowerPointetc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word and PowerPoint (particularly as used in the development of instructional material), Excel, Visio, and Teams
    • Proven experience with graphic development tools and applications
    • Strong critical thinker with the ability to ramp up quickly on new products, applications, and systems
    • Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
    • Organized, deadline driven, with the ability to multi-task
    • Comfortable working in an environment that is constantly evolving
    What will put you ahead
    • 1+ years of experience working with Infor M3 and associated applications
    • Training experience on a large-scale ERP deployment
    • Ability to assist with basic application software and hardware support
    • Strong understanding of internet concepts, and web and mobile technology applications
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Dynamics, and Power BI.
