Because it s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people s lives.SummaryThe S/4HANA Foundation team ensures consistency and SaaS readiness of the S/4HANA solution in close collaboration with S/4HANA application teams, S/4HANA Arch and P&I Technology. We empower people to develop, run and consume SAP s Enterprise Suite.The RoleThe delivery of documentation and learning content for a given product. This involves planning, researching and writing according to the SAP documentation standard, SAP or product-specific Standards and Guidelines, and SAP or product-specific Information Design (including system texts, application help, as well as contributions to cross-deliverables) in accordance with the KM specifics within the frameworks of a LEAN development working model.Role Responsibilities

  • Terminology: Defines and maintains terminology and glossary in own domain for documentation and UI texts.
  • Information Development: Plans and writes documentation in line with SAP or product-specific Standards and Guidelines.
  • Works in close cooperation with other project members (e.g. from development, product management) to describe the application, installation, and configuration of SAP software.
  • Quality: Proofreads and edits content for linguistic correctness, readability, usability and correct terminology.
  • Triggers language editing process (if applicable).
  • Runs appropriate quality checks, actively gathers feedback on documentation from at least internal stakeholders, and adequately reacts on customer feedback .
  • 4-7 years of total experience.
