We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Walkthroughs or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual - appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Whatfix Flows help with new user on boarding , ongoing customer support and training and result in Accelerated Product Adoption. Several hundred Enterprise customers like HP , BMC , Cisco , Accenture , Ameriprise , Western Union , Heineken and many more have implemented Whatfix and we have a growing list of partners with ISVs and the channel. We are looking for stellar Technical Wrters to join our Information Developer Group As a Technical Writer , you will work with the engineering and product teams to shape our product documentation / information guides , Tutorials etc to help our users understand and derive full value out of the product. As part of a startup , this role will be fast - paced and willingness to learn and gain a deep understanding of our product and target customers will be keys to success at Whatfix. Responsibilities: Owning the quality of technical documentation and other customer - facing content materials. Revising all the product content and keeping them updated with ongoing feature releases and updates Creating clear and well - structured documentation and how to guides that reduces ambiguity and enables faster integration with Whatfix. Detecting and removing inconsistencies or information gaps in all forms of customer - facing content. Requirements: Outstanding writing skills , grammatical ability , editorial skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new technical concepts , skills , and tools quickly Self - motivation and the ability to identify a problem and follow it through to resolution Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision in a non - traditional setting Experience working as part of a larger Marketing strategy execution plan Preferred Qualifications: 2 - 5 years of Technical writing experience Previous experience in a product company is a plus.
