Job Description

  • Coordinate with the coordinator and collect the complete information of the customer query.
  • Need to visit the customers place inorder to troubleshoot the problem in time.
  • Need to collect the customer details (like contact number, mail- id, reference no. etc) along with the feedback.
  • Need to update the status of the customer to the department Heads.
  • Need to play as a member in a team.
  • Ensure service work is performed in a professional manner when on a customer place.
  • Participate in training programs as required.
  • Participate as an active member of the service team
  • Perform service work in a safe manner.
  • Understand and comply with the Company Policy Manual
