Job Description

    Job DescriptionLooking for strong techno-manager who can handle complex driver development for automotive applications.Responsible for Delivering Packages for Complex driver topics with Global ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
    • Responsible for SW package for all global customers from planning to delivery
    • Understand customer requirement, propose solutions & deliver products on-time and on right quality
    • Prioritization of the tasks and resolve the escalations
    • Taking part in customer discussions, Lead for Software planning and implementations
    • Software package finalizations as per customer requirements, adhering to timelines and agreed contents
    • Manage the team of engineers across different locations
    • Motivate the team to achieve the project goals and customer expectation
    • Performs stakeholder management: coordination/communication with Project teams, Customer teams, calibration teams etc
    Skills:
    • Complete ownership of the project from requirements to delivery
    • Should be experienced in Embedded systems with manual C coding
    • Hands On working knowledge on IPE and Change management tools like RQONE
    • Good knowledge of the SW development - Process, Methods & Tools
    • Knowledge / experience with Quality process such as ASPICE, PTSA2.X etc
    • Planning and scheduling of project activities based on customer requirement
    • Should have excellent People Handling Skills
    • Good in stakeholder management and Capability to handle dynamic requirements of the customer and escalations
    • Should be good in problem solving skills
    • Driver development knowhow is preferred
