Job Description

Within the Enabling programme The Technology Analyst will develop the solution for both enhancements and Build components identified as part of project across applications like Oracle EBS OR Zuora (Subscription application). This includes:

  1. Develop Technical Design
  2. Develop critical code components in a release
  3. Review UAT / SIT incidents for design conflicts in a release
  4. Resolve technical defects and dependencies in release
  5. Review P1 and P2 incidents to assess additional pre-checks to be incorporated in Build Phase
  6. Prepare Unit Test and Integrated Test results
  7. Adhere to rules and standards for code compliance
  8. DefineSIT scenarios for boundary conditions on technical changes
  9. Accelerate critical P1 and P2 Incidents that require development
  10. Propose architecture solutions to business requirements aligned to functional design
, *RequirementsFor OracleTechnology Analyst
  • Hands-on experience of 3 to 8 years with Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflows, OAFs, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs.
  • Good techno functional knowledge of 3 or 4 of the following Oracle appliation modules - OM, AR, AP, INV, PO, OKS, IB, GL, PA, FA
  • Keen focus on performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, and department management teams.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of integration concepts and patterns e.g. XML Schemas, SOAP, WS specifications
  • Experience using DevOps tools e.g. Git, CICD, Jenkins, Bitbucket
  • Familiar with Integration Systems such as Integration BUS and Informatica
  • Experience with Integration, API management/Gateway and microservices patterns
  • Knowledge on connectivty protocols i.e. SFTP/FTP Understands data quality, data profiling
For Subscription Technology Analyst
  • Experience in Zuora platform Development including Developer tools, workflows
  • Experinece in Zuora System Admin role and APIs in Billing and Revenue
  • Certifications in Zuora is preferred, but not mandatory
  • 5+ years software development experience specializing in backend, platform, or infrastructure development in Java, C++ or another object oriented language
  • Strong database knowledge. Knows SQL and NoSQL as well as when to use each.
  • Have designed and built web applications and possess expertise in related concepts like web services, SOA, RPC (REST, gRPC, Thrift) and API design.
  • Preferred - Hands-on experience in cloud and devops technologies (Docker, Terraform, AWS services)
  • Familiarity with web applications and UI concepts like AJAX, SPA, sessions etc.
