EY- Identity and Access Management - Cybersecurity Technology Consulting Sr. Manager Our EY GDS Cybersecurity practice has grown exponentially since its inception and continues to experience this accelerated growth. As part of the EY GDS Cybersecurity practice, you will contribute to the rapid expansion of our business through exception client service, quality and value in service delivery, and business development across global regions, accounts and sectors.The opportunityWe re looking for a Senior Manager who has experience and technical skills across different domains of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to deliver value to our clients through the breadth and depth of their expertise. Depending on the level of experience, individuals are expected to contribute and influence growth of the practice through the quality of service delivery, management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring and coaching of junior professionals, achieve operation metrics and support solution and service sales to our global clients.Key Requirements / Responsibilities

• Maintains a deep understanding of service offering performance against competitive offerings as well as new and emerging market requirements, including market trends, directions and disruptions.
• Passion and proven ability to lead team of 200+ IAM professionals
• Good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
• Owns end to end response to IAM RFP, including coordination to other key players from whom inputs are needed
• Provide estimations and high-level project plan of IAM proposals, that ties back with estimations
• Owns IAM Statement of Work (SoW) documentation closely working with different stakeholders
• Authors key sections of IAM SoW like scoping, assumptions, milestones, pricing team compositions etc.
• Prepares technical and commercial bid presentations in Identity Access Management area
• Proven ability to defend the proposal during Orals in Identity and Access Management area
• Proven ability of running back and forth with client on pricing negotiations during decision phase of RFP process
• Ability to build relationship and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Awareness of different IAM products in different domain of IAM
• Ability to run capability presentations to internal and external stakeholder roadmap.
• Manages the entire sales life cycle process from strategic planning to tactical activities coordinating various stakeholders across all functions (Engineering, Marketing, Legal, HR, etc)
• Drives development/engineering/innovation of all existing and new technology enabled service products.
• Understands and drive engagement margin discussions
• Analyzes potential partner relationships for the service product offerings. Maintains technology partner relationships ongoing.
• Refines and Productizes all materials required to support sale of service offerings including product brochures, whitepapers, win wires, enablement kits, videos, demos, etc.
• Ability to understand and leverage complimentary competencies like digital, data & analytics, blockchain etc.
• Should have experience in delivering IT projects. This includes activities such as requirements analysis, defining architecture, and conducting detailed technical design, development, and lead solution delivery
• Should have IAM product knowledge of at least one IAM product
• Develop strategies aligned to the policies and roadmaps to continue enhancing the control effectiveness of access management across the enterprise
• Outstanding people management, stakeholder management, leadership and coaching skills
• Foster relationships with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems to develop and improve security at procedural and technology levels
• Drive / support development of new solutions through collaboration with individuals and teams across the firm.
• Drive / support development of new assets and enablers.
• Ensure operational metrics for self / team are achieved.
• Strengthen / develop expertise in specific industry sectors.
• Ensure strict adherence to our global code of conduct.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA / M. Sc (Stats, Maths, Computer Science) / MBA with background in computer science and programming
• 15-20 Years of total experience, with at least 10 years in IAM
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Ideally, you ll also have

• Project management skills
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CREST, SANS
• Relevant security product certifications in architecture, engineering and administration.
