Mentor and direct the project team through all phases of the project. , Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues with reports and data model. , Strong analytical and problem solving skills. , Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. , Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow- up reporting. , Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. , Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) . , STIBO certification is an added advantage. Technical and Professional Requirements- Min 5 years experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules. , Should have good understanding of Product and Customer MDM. , Should have driven few Stibo PIM End- To- End implementations and strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows and STEP configurations. , Location of posting is driven by business needs.,
