Job Description

    Job Title: Collection Executive (Day Shift) Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Drive Date: Thursday (Mega Hiring Drive)Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Graduates, 12th pass, and freshers eligible
    • Academic Requirement: Minimum 50% throughout
    • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
    Experience:
    • 03 years of experience in collections or related field
    • Freshers can also apply
    Salary Structure:
    • 01 year: 18,000 20,000/month
    • 12 years: 22,000 27,000/month
    • 23 years: 27,000 32,000/month
    Work Schedule:
    • Day Shift
    • 6 days working with 1 rotational day off
    Skills Required:
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Excellent proficiency in Hindi
    Job Role:
    • Handle collection calls and follow-ups with customers
    • Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments
    • Maintain records of customer interactions
    • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions
