Job Description

    Job Title: Tele Collections ExecutiveWork Location: Tin Factory, KR Puram and Bommanahalli, Bangalore (Work From Office)Compensation: 18,000 - 24,000 in hand CTC up to 28,000 Performance-Based Incentives up to 15,000Eligibility:
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecollections / recovery / outbound calling preferred.
    • Freshers with strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills can also apply.
    • We have an age limit of up to 30 years.
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
    Job Overview:We are hiring telecollections executives to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery through outbound calls. The role requires good communication skills, negotiation ability, and a target-oriented mindset.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
    • Remind customers about due and overdue payments
    • Explain payment options and resolve payment-related queries
    • Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment
    • Update call details, payment status, and follow-up notes accurately
