Job Description Up-selling and cross-selling products to existing and new clients; Promoting the organisations products and services with the aim of generating new sales; Creating sales proposals, preparation of quotes and contract negotiation; Ensuring customer follow-up calls are scheduled and completed; Assessing client needs and generating sales leads; Ensuring all data is of the highest quality and is accurately maintained in CRM system; and, Maintaining the quality of each sales call to the highest level of professionalism.Job Requirements Drive and passion for success; A polished telephone manner, good communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to build strong rapport with clients; Self-motivated and adaptable in changing situations; Computer literate with experience in maintaining database records; Problem solving ability and great time management skills; and, Minimum 2 years sales / telesales experience; and, Background in GIS or IT sales is highly regarded Exceptional communication skills verbal and written Key Skills Required tele sales or tele caller or call centre or IT Sales technical Sales or Tech Support or Sales Opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies Excellent opportunity to work on Multiple Domains.,
