Job Description

Our esteemed client, one of the leading B-Schools in the country, providing excellent academic delivery and infrastructure to its students is seeking applications for tele-caller. Job description:

  • 1. Calling candidates and understanding if they are looking for Higher education.
  • 2. Giving them information about IBS.
  • 3. Providing information about the programs.
  • 4. Share the interested candidate list with the reporting Manager.
  • 5. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
  • 6. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, coursestructure, course details
  • 7. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Responsibilities and Duties:Keep updated about the latest trends in Business School courses, CAT, GMAT, MAT and other Management entrance tests. Required Candidate profileQualifications & Skills Required for Telecaller positions:
  1. Any Degree.
  2. Preference will be given to candidate from Education or service sector.
  3. Candidate should havegood communication and Go-getter attitude.
  4. Must have worked upon targets and should be able to meet business revenue.
  5. 1 years of experience in telecalling or similar job.
