Job Description

    • A Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and build customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
    • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
    • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.Qualifications:
