Job Description

    Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Shanti Nagar, Bangalore Department: Sales / TelecallingSalary: 18,500 Incentive AllowanceKey Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
    • Explain product details, features, and benefits effectively.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections confidently.
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system.
    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
    • Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and cross-selling.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue.
    Key Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive and target-oriented.
    • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
    • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software is an added advantage.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
    • 01 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers are welcome).
    • Prior experience in BFSI, telecom, or BPO industry will be preferred.
