Job Description

    Urgent Hiring || assistant sales& marketing|| BangaloreProfile- Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager(Tendering)Experience- BangaloreExperience- min 1 year.Ctc- upto 6lpaWorking days- 5.5 Days(9 am 5:30 pm)Roles and Responsibility
    • Online tender submission of Government projects & non-government projects.
    • Handling enquiry generation follow up with the client and interaction with clients.
    • Prepare and dispatch tender and quoted responses to the Manager in line with the customer requirements in time to meet the deadline and are recorded electronically in SAP.
    • Analysing and understanding customers requirements and proposing customized solutions.
    • Generate enquiries, make offers, Techno-Commercial negotiations, and regular follow up till closing deals.
    • Analysing competitors activities and keeping update of competitors information.
    • Technical assistance during order execution stage, post order correspondence regarding commercial activities, Payment follow up and collection.
    • Informing regular improvement of products to the end users. Providing technical support to the end users to select the proper material.
    • Generation of MIS- Report on active quotations in hand, Orders in hand, Update of current jobs, Update of Payment Receipt, Monthly update of possibilities of Order Booking, Market Scenario, follow up jobs etc.
    • Qualification
    • Diploma Degree, any field in diploma
    • Very Good vocabulary in English (Other regional languages are a plus point)
    • Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).
    • Strong documentation and writing skills.
