Job Description

  • Drive the goals by understanding the requirements and prepare a robust test strategy
  • Design and implement reusable automated test frame works to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and testing
  • Deep understanding software engineering fundamental (such as OOP design pattern, algorithms, data structure)
  • Proficiency in, at least, one programming language such as Java/Java Script/Python/php/Ruby etc
  • Experience in testing API and service side components
  • Mortgages Domain Knowledge, how to code, build test automation tools / Drive test solution in term of test coverage test methodologies and automation
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Test framework design and automation experience using UFT / Selenium / TOSCA
  • Execute test plans and track results on regular basis and drive team to improve the process
  • test solution in terms of functionality or performance and able to perform testing with other interfaces/3rd party
  • conduct early project scoping and collaborate with cross functional teams in identifying testability goals
  • Ability to engage with product manager, product development team and end product user
  • Work with Developers during the development phase to understand the underlying code
  • Be part of the project management, deal with end users or customers
  • Ability to prepare Test Summary report and recommendations for next test phase
  • Ability to complete ETE development/Testing cycles in agile framework e.g. using agile tools such as Jira and Jenkins, Understanding of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Others desired skills:
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
  • Experience working closely with development and business teams to understand business requirements
  • Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
  • Scrum Expertise. ISTQB Certified Agile Tester; Certified Professional Master Agile Tester; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience
