The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to successfully multitask in an interrupt driven environment. In addition , this candidate must demonstrate strong and clear communication skills with the ability to work with several diverse groups of people in a collaborative environment. Candidate must be flexible to have work hours as per the dynamic needs of the project. Thorough understanding of testing concepts in SDLC and Agile work environment. Experience of working with agile teams. Ability to read requirements and understand the system under development. Good practical implementation of test case design , test case execution , cross browser and web services / XML testing. Complete understanding of defect life cycle. Usage of Bugzilla or Jira is a must. Hands on experience on enhancing or creation of scripts using Selenium / UFT. Ability to grasp concepts on automation using Selenium or UFT. Develop functional test cases to ensure highest quality deliverables. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools is a must. Knowledge of Excel formulas is a must (Frequently used Date & Time , Statistical , Logical , Text , Information). Lookup creation , preparation of daily and trend status report for testing using excel.,
