Experience in testing Web and Client Server applications2. Should be able to understand the requirement and write test cases (Manual and Automation)3. Well versed with SDLC , STLC and other Quality Assurance processes4. Selecting or Identifying Areas / Test cases for Automation5. Designing & Implementing Test Automation Strategy6. Creating Automation Test Plan and getting approvals7. Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE , Core Java , Selenium WebDriver , JUnit and TestNG etc. , )8. Involvement in Selenium Environment Setup9. Automation Framework Design and Implementation10. Creating , Organizing , and managing Test Automation Resources11. Creating , Enhancing , debugging and Running Test Cases12. Organizing , monitoring defect management process13. Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing14. Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues15. Co - coordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues16. Experience with working in Agile methodology17. Team Player , ability to multi - task , work independently and provide excellent follow - through on tasks18. Having experience in Healthcare domain is an added advantage,
